Around 2018 or so, Mopar discontinued the OEM Intermediate shaft. There are no more new ones left. So, you will need to find a used one. We recommend looking on Ebay, searching car-part.com or the SRT4 part groups on Facebook.

Will a worn out intermidiate shaft cause axles to keep slipping off on the inner side of axle ?

  If you drive on a bad axle for a long time, it can cause excessive wear on the intermediate shaft splines. So, yes, you could have premature wear on the intermediate shaft.

Do you sell just the bearing on the intermediate shaft by itself or do I have to buy a new intermediate shaft assembly?

  The bearing is not available by itself, if your bearing is bad you need to buy a new intermediate shaft assembly.

I am replacing my axles on my srt4 2003 will i need this piece since i have no lsd ?

  The intermediate shaft is separate from the axles. You could replace it at the same time as your axles, but its not required.

are the intermediate shafts all the same for 03 non lsd transmissions and 04-05 with lsd?

  Yes, it shows clearly in the product title, 03-05, meaning all 2003-2005 SRT-4's. If it was not compatible, it would say 2004-2005 with a separate listing for 2003. It is the same intermediate unit regardless of year of production of Neon SRT-4.
