This kit comes with front and rear endlinks, new rear swaybar frame mount bushings, and rear swaybar mounting brackets.

Did your Neon not come from the factory with swaybars? IF SO, no problem! These come with the mounting brackets for the rear struts, and it also comes with endlinks and bushings. These do not come with the steel clamshells that lock the rear swaybar to the frame though on the front and rear. Fortunately those are fairly easy to get used.
