The Mishimoto performance aluminum radiator is the ideal upgrade to the stock 00-05 Neon and 03-05 Neon SRT4 radiator especially for those looking to enhance the overall performance and lifetime of their engine.

With a direct OEM fit installation is effortless, no cutting or modification is required. All Mishimoto Dodge Neon SRT4 radiators are designed and engineered to maximize cooling efficiency and most importantly protect your SRT4 from overheating.

Note: This radiator will not work with 00-05 Neons with automatic transmissions because it does not have connections for transmission cooler lines. Additionally, this radiator will not work with single radiator fan setups. If your 00-05 Neon has a single radiator fan you will need to purchase a dual fan setup.

Because this radiator is bigger does it interfere with the ecu bracket? I heard someone installed it and had problems with the ecu bracket not being to bolt back up because the new radiator took up space thx

Because the pcm/ecu goes behind the radiator and fans, with a thicker radiator like this one, the bracket needs to be bent so that the pcm/ecu can be angled further backwards.

Have a 1st gen neon with the 2.4 swap that I race dirt track with. Don't mind doing some fab work but was wondering would this mishimoto perform better than the 1st gen neon mishimoto. Was trying to compare the two but I'm not sure what the differences between them are?

All of the mounting bosses are in different locations, and the overall dimensions are very similar so there would not be enough benefit to do all of the fab work do install a second gen radiator in a first gen. Furthermore, the second gen radiator is taller, so it would not allow the hood to close most likely.
