  No, they are the same between intake and exhaust.

  No matter what cams you have, these will work fine. Stock, stage 1, stage 3, stage 4, etc.

My srt4 will have around 575hp. Are these lash adjusters perfectly fine for that horsepower or no?

  These lifters have nothing to do with horsepower, the only thing that can affect these is the cam lift and rpm. We have yet to hear of one of these failing but if it did, it would be because of a crazy huge cam, and crazy high rpm.

  No pumping or bleeding needed. Just lubricate, and install.
