AGP Return Line Kit for SRT-4

Introducing the only aftermarket fuel return setup that regulates the fuel pressure BEFORE the fuel rail. What does this mean? Now it doesn't matter if you have a fuel rail with a schrader valve, nor do you need a custom fuel rail. Every stock fuel rail will work with this fuel return setup!

We start off at the heart of the kit with the industry's finest 1:1 adjustable fuel pressure regulator from Aeromotive. Connect the regulator to your stock fuel feed line with our custom CNC machined billet aluminum quick disconnect fittings.

Run the supplied braided stainless steel hose back to the filler line at the tank. All necessary fittings, hose, fuel pressure gauge, regulator bracket, nuts, bolts, and hose clamps are included to make this a complete fuel return kit. We also include a billet aluminum sleeve to block off the factory regulator in the stock fuel filter.

For those whom do not understand how a Fuel Pressure Regulator works, please pay attention. A regulator regulates pressure in the system, from the fuel pump all the way to the tip of the injector. It does not matter where in the system the regulator is placed, it will equalize the pressure through the entire system. For those that think that you lean out the #4 injector by placing the regulator before the rail, you do not understand how pressure works. Please, if you do not understand how this works, we ask that you refrain from bashing our kit. We have sold many kits over the past 3 years with no problems whatsoever. Our kit works, and it works very well. And you do not have to use an aftermarket fuel rail with it, so it saves you some extra cash.

      You will need to adjust your fuel pressure and tuning with an air/fuel mixture ratio gauge. At idle you should be at about 14.5-16 to one.

    will this works with say 500 hp on e85 which is a 25% increase in fuel volume i believe? if not,how much do you think it is good for on e85?

      The limitation between a 400hp car and a 600 hp car is not the return line system, its the pump, and injectors. This will handle whatever you throw at it just fine.

    does the fuel return line being in the filler neck stir up the gas and make bubbles that get sucked in by the stock fuel system? or will it being encased in the plastic housing be enough to keep a clean stream of gas without fluctuation in fuel pressure consistency ?

      This is not a problem with the return line system. If it was, we'd have problems with the hundreds, if not thousands of SRT-4's with this system that are making 400-600+ hp.

      This kit is not a limiting factor, its the injectors. You can easily change injectors and make another 50-150 horsepower over what you have if your turbo can support it.

      The are two benefits to an aftermarket fuel rail, is that it either allows for easier fuel return line hookup, OR it allows for hookup of a gauge to monitor fuel pressure. Because this kit is designed for the stock fuel rail, and the fuel pressure regulator has a gauge built in, its not necessary to buy an aftermarket fuel rail. Save your money.

    Will this hook directly up to a '03 rail, is there any benefit with the '03 rail over a '04-05 rail with this kit?

      This connects regardless of what rail you have. 2003/2004/2005, this works on all fuel rails. No benefit with any certain rail with this as it works with all.

    Can I use it with a boomba fuel rail ?

      This is designed to work with the OEM fuel rail, however it can also work with any fuel rail that has a OEM style connection on it for the OEM plastic fuel hose to connect to. The Boomba has this connection so yes, it will work with the AGP fuel return line kit.

      Exactly. This return line kit from AGP disables the stock fuel pressure regulator so you can change the fuel pressure to your desired psi.

    I am planning on throwing a 50trim turbo on my Srt4 and just wanted to know how important a fuel return line would be. My goals are around 400-450 I am getting 1000cc injectors and a Walbro high flow fuel pump.

      When you install a bigger turbo, you need more fuel to make more power. You can either use a return line kit with larger injectors if you want more control over the fuel delivery yourself. Or you can use larger injectors, a Diablosport tuner and Diablosport custom tune. Either way will give you the same effect, except you have more control over timing, boost by gear, etc with the Diablosport.

      No, definitely not, all the connections are different. It would be way easier to build your own from scratch or have a shop build one then trying to retrofit this Neon SRT4 part onto a Caliber SRT4.
