The Carbon By Design (CBD) Carbon Fiber Hood is designed to do three things for your Caliber SRT-4.

Reduce weight off of your car to improve handling and acceleration. This hood shaves 23 lbs off the front of your Caliber!

Look good! This all American made, full carbon fiber hood has a beautiful hand laid carbon fiber construction with a automotive grade clear coat to protect it from the elements.

Extract more hot air from you inner cooler and put more fresh air down by the turbo.

Improve cooling of the engine bay! We all know how hot the engine bay of the Caliber SRT4 gets and this helps to pull air out of the engine bay to cool it down further! CBD did so by increasing the size of the front scoop and they also enlarged and increased the height of the extractor vents to further pull more air out!

This hood has a black painted underside, and it uses the factory latch mechanism. If you wish to use hood pins you can, but its not a requirement.
