For underhood dress up pieces, nothing catches your eye quicker than a glossy carbon fiber fuel injector cover! This item has the exact same dimensions as the factory one, except its made in carbon fiber. Please note you will need to swap out the rubber grommets on the bottom from your old injector cover to the new one so that this will secure onto the injector cover attachment points.

This cover has SRT-4 embossed on it, just like the stock one! If you want it to be more noticeable you can paint the letters red.

Note: These are shipped directly from CBD. The lead time on this item is 1-2 weeks for completion. These items are made to order as they do not keep these in stock. For international customers it could be longer since we cannot drop ship these items out of the country.

  Most likely you'd want to use an oil based paint. You'd want to get some blue painters tape to tape off the areas you don't want painted and carefully tape it off.

Does the engine heat degrade the carbon fiber clear/gel coat quickly?

  No, not at all. We've seen these installed on customers cars for years with no issue. The worst case scenario is that the clear coat would turn yellow, and you'd have someone sand it down and then re-clear coat it. But that's probably 3-5 years down after installation.

I am missing my factory cover and like this replacement. Problem is the grommets have to be transferred over from the factory cover and like I said I have no factory cover. Mopar has never serviced the grommets and no longer the cover. Any ideas of a supplier for these.

  We do not currently offer any grommets, nor can we recommend any. We are sure with some searching you can find some, you'll just need the rough measurements for outside diameter and inside diameter.
