Going to install a new blow off valve on your Caliber SRT, Neon SRT, or PT Cruiser GT? You're going to need to install this block off plate to block the factory blow off valve port.

Whats the difference between this style of block off plate and the AGP one? Simple, the AGP is meant to seal with RTV, whereas this one has integrated rubber seals.

This block off plate comes with 2 rubber O-Rings to ensure a nice and tight seal. Even RTV can have small leaks, the beauty is that this piece does not require RTV, which will make for a nice clean installation that can tolerate high pressures.

(This part is not required for Mopar Performance Blow Off Valve plate installation).

What is the procedure on installing the block off plate and what increase will it have on mi dodge neon SRT4?

  Before installing this block off plate, be sure you have purchased a blow off valve kit. You will have to remove the factory surge valve where three 8mm bolts are holding it. Then replace it with the block off plate, if you can put some high temp silicone around it from leaking. Then tighten it back up and cap off the original vacuumn line.

  The stage 3 turbo from MOpar uses the same OEM diverter valve as the OEM turbo. Therefore, yes, this will work fine.

  It comes exactly as shown. Block off plate with two o ring gaskets. You reuse your factory bolts.

can i install this and run no blow off valve or would it hurt power on my setup of DSP on 18psi and other bolt ons?

  Your SRT-4 needs a blow off valve to operate correctly and not suffer damage to the turbocharger. You can have the factory diverter valve, or you can have an aftermarket diverter in the factory location, or you can install a HKS/Greddy, etc blow off valve on a uppipe. But you can not use this to block off your factory diverter and not have a blow off valve on your car. This is exclusively made for people that are installing a uppipe with blow off valve on their SRT-4 and need to block off the factory diverter port.
