You will need to use a puller of some sort. Either a pulley, or sprocket removal tool.

I am building a 2.4l from a 00 stratus, the crank sprocket is chipped and in otherwise bad condition. The stratus 2.4 is not listed I was wondering if this sprocket will also work for my build? the oil pump is the stock 00 design if that makes any difference. thanks

Does this come with the little piece of metal that goes in between itself and slides into the shaft of the crank?

What you are referring to, is the Oem Crankshaft Key. No, it does not come with the crankshaft timing sprocket. If it comes with it, it would be in the photo. We sell it seperately, use the search box and search under Mopar OEM Crankshaft Key.

Will u add the OEM Crankshaft key as an option to add to the order of this product? I tried to search it as a previous answer suggested but came up with nothing.

This is the model number : 220212-KEY
Search for that in the search bar, or type in Crank Sprocket Key.
