      Yes, these springs will work with 2013, 2014 and onwards Focus ST's.

    Just to be clear, the front spring perches on the 2014 Focus ST were changed by Ford half way through the model year.

    This caused two sets of springs to be made for the 2014 Focus ST. Are these in fact, for the 2014 Focus ST, because otherwise they cannot be used?

      Correct, as listed these springs are for the 2013 Focus ST only, not the 2014.
