are these a direct replacement or do i need modifications done to make this fit and will oem valve seals work with these?

  A good local machine shop can install these in your cylinder head for you easily. Yes, oem valve seals will work fine with these.

Are these good to use right out the packaging with out having to use a reamer or knurled

  You will need to have a machine shop press the old valve guides out, and then press the new ones in and set the clearances.
