  This will work with either the factory fans, or the Mishimoto fan shroud and fan setup.

  Note: This radiator will not work with 00-05 Neons with automatic transmissions because it does not have connections for transmission cooler lines. Additionally, this radiator will not work with single radiator fan setups. If your 00-05 Neon has a single radiator fan you will need to purchase a dual fan setup.
