    Yes of course. Mopar stage 3 turbo kit fuel pump canister, Stock fuel pump assembly, Walbro fuel pump assembly, as long as its a OEM style pump, canister and assembly, this will work fine.

  The gasket on the top left-handed side is used for sealing what part?
  I replaced my canister with a new pump and filters but this gasket(top left corner or pictures) was left over.

    The large gasket is for 96-05 Neons and SRT-4's. the smaller gasket is for the 95 Neons with steel tank.
