      No hardware is included with the Mopar OEM bumper. It comes exactly as shown in the photos.

      The bumper is made out of plastic. This is the exact same bumper your 03-05 Dodge SRT4 came with from the factory.

    Is this the same 2 part polyurethane plastic used from factory? Would be nice if it's a different material so I don't have to use the special tpo epoxy glue to repair any damage.

      This is a factory, Mopar OEM bumper. Same thing your SRT-4 was made with in 2003-2005. Same material.

      The bumper comes exactly as shown in the photo. Nothing more, nothing less. The radiator ducts, the fog light bezels, the the grille material, wheel well liners, front under tray, etc is all sold separately.
