Is this turbo bigger then the one on the Dart's?

  This is the OEM turbo, same unit on the Fiat 500 and the Dart with 1.4 engines. There is no difference.

Can this be safely fitted to a 2.0L or are the pistons/compression incompatible in that engine?

  The manifold has the wrong bolt pattern and will not bolt to the 2.0/2.4 head. That's just the first step, let alone intercooler and piping, fuel system, tuning, etc, etc.
