  This kit is a very nice upgrade over stock. Slotted rotors look good and help keep the rotor cooler, and the upgraded brake pads help to stop the Dart faster and have less brake fade with aggressive driving/braking.

I have a 2013 rallye with the drilled and slotted rotors and the single piston sliding caliper. Are these a better upgrade than what i currently have?

  This kit is really designed for someone that has stock brakes altogether. So, if you have already replaced your rotors, perhaps you should look at some improved brake pads.

What materials are your brake pads made out of? Because I'm not a fan of non asbestos organic pads with regard to dust and whatnot. Thanks!

  Mopar doesn't give much specs on these other than they are an upgrade over stock. They are using a slightly more aggressive pad that will not fade under pressure like a factory pad will.
