  • All stainless steel, 3 inch mandrel bent, high production quality. We use only 16 gauge steel so its not cheap, thin steel that will easily crack and break.
  • Precision TIG welded which not only looks great but is ultra strong.
  • EVERY connection point is flanged. This means you wont get leaks like you'll get from inferior slip fit systems!!
  • This exhaust has additional clearance over the rear solid beam axle so the exhaust wont bang and clank on the axle once you lower your Cobalt!
  • Works on all coupes and sedans.
  • Works with all factory downpipes, MPx downpipes, and other downpipes with factory style flange.
  • Comes complete with gaskets, and bolts.
  • Works well for 300 hp Cobalts, easily supports 450-550+ HP!

If you want a 3 inch, stainless steel catback exhaust that will connect to your factory downpipe or the MPx downpipe you've found the best option! Furthermore, we have dyno tested and seen a 12 horsepower gain with this exhaust with a relatively stock Cobalt SS Turbo!

Designed to give a throaty, deep tone but yet not be too loud. You can have a conversation while driving on the highway, or talk on your phone with this exhaust.

    Was wondering if this exhaust system model number 243913 I could order it without a resonator? Just a straight pipe but with the muffler.

      No, what you see is what we are offering, there is no option for resonator-less exhaust.

      Many years ago we offered a muffler delete option on this exhaust but it was not popular enough to justify offering it. So, its discontinued and in an effort to not offer too many options and confuse customers we have limited our MPx full Cobalt exhaust system to two options- with cat, or without cat. We find that this combination offers a really good tone, excellent performance. The system without cat is louder though, due to the catalytic convertor downpipe making the exhaust about 15-20% quieter.
