MPx Powder Coated Valve Cover, 03-05 Neon SRT-4 / 03-07 PT Cruiser GT

If you want to clean up your engine bay and make your engine look better, a new powdercoated valve cover will change the look instantly!

These valve covers start out by being blasted to thoroughly clean all oils, residue, dirt and corrosion off. Then, in a special process known as powdercoating, the valve cover is grounded, and paint that is electrically charged is sprayed onto it. This helps ensure a strong bonding. Then the valve cover is baked in an over at high temperature to fully cure the powdercoat.

The MPx Powder Coated Valve Cover is a direct replacement for the 04-05 Neon SRT-4 & 04-07 PT Cruiser GT. If you own a 2003 model, you will have to purchase a 2004+ 1/4 Turn PCV Valve for use with this valve cover. We also recommend you buy a new valve cover gasket to install at the same time.

Even though we try to clean these thoroughly after being blasted, we highly recommend you flush the valve cover with water through the oil fill hole, and pcv baffles on the underside of the valve cover to remove any sandblasting remnants before installation.
