What holes would be the softest setting the last hole(being the end of the rod) or the first. And what effect will i notice the most by changing from one to another(stiffer or softer).

  The center hole is the standard mounting point.
  
  The end of the bar is the softer setting.
  
  The further inside mounting point is the most firmest point.

Will this bar work with bc coilovers? With these end links? Or will they interfere with the rear coilovers...

  This swaybar, and every other swaybar we have will work with all suspensions, and all coilovers. There is no interference or issues.
