  There is no difference in terms of the bushings provided by ES or Prothane. They cover all of the same joints, bushings.

Is this for all 95-99 base neon's and ACR and R/T models, or are the ACR and R/T suspension kit a little different?

  This kit will fit all 95-99 Neons, the only difference in models is size of swaybars, and this kit includes all swaybar bushing sizes.

The front control arm bushings seem a little loose on the horizontal bushing. Am I supposed to use any parts from the stock bushings? The directions are vague and do not state anything except which parts to lube.

  In order to install these, you must burn out, or press out the factory steel sleeve in the vertical bushing and reuse it with the Prothane bushings. If you do not reuse the steel sleeve you'll have excessive play and it will be loose.
