Do you want to lower your Neon SRT-4 or 00-05 Neon but still want excellent ride quality?
These German made coilovers use a very street friendly spring rate, that are optimized for ride quality. They still handle corners better than stock, however they are not as firm as the BC coilovers. Furthermore, the BC coilovers are a linear spring rate, meaning no matter if you have a small bump or big bump, you feel the same force. These have a progressive spring rate so when you have a small bump it absorbs the bump easily. When you hit a big bump the progressive springs will contract to absorb the impact.
If you are comparing coilovers, price is not the only concern- some cheap coilovers we have seen from China have horrible spring rates (IE, 8k front and 6k rear, which translates to about 480 ft lbs in the front and 360 rear, which is terribly high- you will absolutely hate those)!! These have spring rates of about 250 ft lb front and 200 rear. Factory springs are about 200 ft lbs in the front and 150 in the rear. If you have coilovers with 480 ft lb spring rates, you'll need to visit the hospital for back surgery after you hit a small pothole!
