TTI Long Tube headers are designed to produce huge gains from 3500rpm to redline. These long tube race headers are computer designed and mandrel bent for maximum flow to increase power for racing.

These header systems are designed, and hand built in California. TTI has been making headers for Mopars since the 1980's.

These headers are available in two finishes.
1) Raw steel finish - budget friendly, but keep in mind they will rust over time. You can paint the headers yourself to prevent rust and make them look better. Or leave the header with a raw finish.
2) Ceramic coated inside and out - this coating provides maximum protection against rust and it does a fantastic job of keeping the heat inside the header. This reduces underhood temperatures and prevents coolant overflow bottles, shifter cables, wiring from melting or being damaged.

Since this gets rid of the cat even though it has the holes for the 2 sensors will this make my engine light turn on!?

If you have a stock pcm, then yes your check engine light on. If you have an aftermarket pcm, Mopar, AFX, Syked then you shouldnt have a check engine light by removing the catalytic convertor for race use. If you do get a check engine light you can prevent it by using a defouler that we sell. It screws into the oxygen sensor port and pulls the sensor further out of the exhaust stream, making the pcm happier.

Wanted to know if the exhaust ports on the header will match up with the ones on a magnum head as the ports are bigger on the head. Thanks
      1 Answer
      • Customer Service Rep

Yes, the TTI header will work great with the Magnum head as the TTI header ports are larger than the Magnum head. OF course it works great with standard 2.0 sohc engines as well.

What are typical hp gain from the long tube tti header on sohc 2.0 dodge neon

      • Customer Service Rep

This really depends on what modifications you have. If your Neon is stock, you'd see about 5-7 peak horsepower, and at maximum redline it could be a difference of 15 horsepower because the factory horsepower falls off after 4500-5000 rpm. If you have a really modified Neon, you'll see even more.

If this cancels the cat, will it bolt up directly to the cat back dual exhaust system (borla/mopar) that you also sale?
      1 Answer
      • Customer Service Rep

Yes, this is designed to replace the OEM downpipe with catalytic converter. The lower flange slip fits over the stock B pipe on the exhaust. You then can clamp it on or weld it on (welding its best).

Do you sell just the gasket?

TTI's headers do not use a special gasket of any sort. You can use a stock style gasket from your local dealership or local auto parts stores.

Does this fit an 05 neon?
      1 Answer
      • Customer Service Rep

Yes, this fits 95-99 Neons perfectly, and can fit 00-05 Neons with light modification. Second gen Neons have the o2 sensor on the other side compared to the TTI header, and so you will have to extend your 02 sensor wiring to install this header.

It says the adapter the is 2.5" whereas the original oem Downpipe is 2.25 so how would that mate up to an aftermarket or stock exhaust?
      1 Answer
      • Customer Service Rep

Yes you are correct, the factory exhaust is 2.25, and the TTI header has a 2.5 inch collector, however, they mate up fairly well. It must be that the B pipe has a larger outer diameter than a normal 2.25, and so it meets up well. If you are concerned about leaks, its best to weld the collector and b pipe together.
