Will these work with stock connecting rods?

  Yes, these can be used with stock rods, and you'd have these setup as a press fit, or non floating wrist pin design. These will work fine with 2.4 SRT-4 rods with boost, but we would warn anyone trying to use 2.4 Non turbo rods with these, as the 2.4 NA rods are not nearly as strong as the SRT-4 oem rods.

Will these pistons work with your oversized valve kit?

  Yes of course. The SRT-4 is a non interference motor meaning the valve does not come into contact with the piston in case of a timing belt failure. This is because of the lower compression of the piston and large amount of space available between the valve and the piston. Now, if you get a higher compression piston with a higher dome (Stock is 8.0:1), and some huge cams, you could have problems, but you'd want to check the clearance of your motor when you are assembling it for safety. Any good local machine shop can help you with that if you do install huge cams and taller pistons. Otherwise, you are fine.

What is the difference between the J.E pistons and the Wiseco. Are the Wiseco pistons more reliable than the J.E pistons??

  Whats the difference? Brand name and brand name preference by customers. Both JE and Wiseco are fantastic quality pistons. Because we have a longer history of offering JE pistons we prefer them more, but you cant go wrong with either brand.

What's the piston weight vs je are either options capable of 600 plus hp

  JE 8.5:1 pistons are 326 grams each or 11.5 oz.
  Wiseco 8.8:1 pistons are 364 grams each or 12.8oz each. These are both forged pistons and can easily handle upwards of 700+hp.

Does wiseco make a 10.5:1 piston for the srt-4?

  As of 2020, no they do not. Piston manufacturers only make pistons for the SRT-4 in lower compressions (ie 8.0-8.8:1) but we do custom make some 10.5:1 pistons for the non turbo Chrysler 2.4 that would work. However you have to be very careful and have extremely good tuning to increase compression on a turbo motor. We do not recommend going more than 9.0:1 unless you have very special fueling/tuning that can prevent detonation with higher compression and boost.

Does Wiseco make a 8.0:1 piston? i was running JE 8.0:1 and in need of that same compression in these.

  Wiseco only offers one compression for the Neon SRT-4, 8.8:1. The JE 8.0:1 compression pistons are custom made by Modern Performance and are not available anywhere else.

I'm going for a 750hp build will these handle?

  Most rods with ARP2000 bolts are rated up to about 750hp, so if you are at that power levels, it may be worth it to look at rods that have ARP 625+ bolts for a higher holding capacity.
