We installed a set of Eibach Sportline springs on our 2009 Chevy Cobalt SS Turbo and are very pleased with the new stance, and handling of the car. Quite suprisingly as well, is how well the car rides with the factory struts.

 

Eibach rates these springs as dropping the Cobalt SS Turbo to lower the car 1 inch in the front, and 1.3 inches in the rear.

 
The HHR may be a tad lower due to the extra weight when compared to the Cobalt.
