Amazed! |

Comments: The CAI showed up later than the expected delivery but I was very patient knowing what was in store for my 2016 Dart SXT 2.4L when it arrived. Install was very easy, about 1 hour start to finish. After starting it up I noticed a deeper tone in the engine. When revved, the thing sounds fantastic and you can literally hear the intake suck in air and it's no little breath it takes. On the road I tested it and got up to 115mph faster than before and it had more. Only upgrade done so far, waiting on a throttle body that's back ordered. That should make another big difference. VERY happy, thanks MPx!!! |

Injen Cold Air Intake, 2013-16 Dart 2.4L |

Comments: 1st Mod I put on my Dart. Very happy with the look, sound & improvement in performance over, what was then, a complete OEM vehicle. Not very difficult to install, especially if doing so via the passenger side wheel well. |

Comments: My install time was right around 2 hours and I was very careful and took my time. As stated previously, it's not necessary to remove the bumper for this installation. Just remove the right front tire and the plastic inner fender shroud, (about 10 clips and 5 screws, easy cheesy). It is necessary to remove a couple of wires and hoses attached to the OEM filter housing base that isn't mentioned in the instructions, but it's easy to figure out. Also, the air intake resonator radiator mount clip is not accessible from the inner fender shroud, but a firm tug on the resonator and the clip pops off. I used several wire ties, that I furnished, to tie up wiring and hoses that were attached to the OEM hardware that was removed, but that was also easy to figure out with some common sense. After that, the install is a breeze. The new intake looks killer and it makes the motor sound throatier with a meaner growl. My butt dyno told me there were a couple more ponies to be had too....and like I said, it makes a big difference on the engine sound. One thing though, it looks like it will be necessary to remove the right front wheel and inner fender shroud to access the filter for cleaning or replacement.....a price to pay, but worth it. Overall, it's a great mod. |

Well worth the money so far |

Comments: This honestly was the easiest mechanical work I've ever done. Took 30 minutes to an hour. The instructions went about it all the wrong way though. Instead of removing the number just remove the right front (passenger) wheel and then go from there. Throttles response is better and sounds a little more growling/loud. Sounds amazing. Worth the money., |

Comments: As stated in another review, you do not need to remove the front fender. Just take off the front passenger tire, take out plastic the wheel well and everything is right there to work on. Took about 1.5 hours with my son who is 13 helping and learning as we went. Everything lined up perfectly, good quality product. Nice throaty sound and feels more responsive. 12/13/2014 |

Comments: Ok so i just installed this cai today, you do not have to take the bumper off, remove the right front wheel an the plastic cover. Install went pretty smooth, an the results are very impressive. Noticable power difference an it has a nice low tone to it between 3 an 5000 rpms. Im very happy with this product from modernperformance an will be ordering from them in the future! |

Time consuming, but worth it! |

Comments: I am super happy with the CAI. Fits great, sounds great, and looks great. The only thing is, I was expecting at most a 45 minute job, thinking it cant be that hard. Welllllll it turned into a 3 and 1/2 hour job. To get the stock intake system completely off, you've got to remove the front bumper. But in the end, it paid off, I was extremely happy with the results. |
